These Subscription Terms govern the recurring maintenance services provided by Nightfall Illumination Company LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in a maintenance subscription plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

Subscription services may include, but are not limited to:

• Routine lighting system inspections
   
• Fixture adjustments
   
• Cleaning of fixtures and lenses
   
• System performance checks
   
• Minor maintenance and service
   

Specific services may vary depending on the selected subscription plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

By enrolling, you authorize Nightfall Illumination Company LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file each billing period.

Payments may be processed using a third-party invoicing and payment processor.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled by the customer.

You authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing
   
• Does not refund prior payments
   
• Does not apply retroactively to services already provided
   

Nightfall Illumination Company LLC reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at its discretion.

Subscription services will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
   
• Restricted property access
   
• Equipment availability
   
• Events beyond our control
   

Subscription services do not include:

• Major system redesign
   
• Installation of new fixtures unless separately quoted
   
• Repairs caused by damage, misuse, or external factors
   

Additional services may be billed separately.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms.

Customers will be notified prior to any pricing changes.

Continued use of subscription services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightfall Illumination Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from subscription services.
