A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required prior to scheduling installation services.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through our third-party invoicing and payment processor.

By submitting payment, you authorize Nightfall Illumination Company LLC to charge your selected payment method for agreed services.

Nightfall Illumination Company LLC offers recurring maintenance subscription plans.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that:

• Billing occurs monthly on a recurring basis
   
• Your subscription automatically renews
   
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file
   
• You may cancel at any time by providing written notice
   
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior charges
   

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription services at our discretion.

Customers agree to provide reasonable and safe access to the property to perform services.

Nightfall Illumination Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
   
• Restricted or unsafe access
   
• Customer scheduling conflicts
   
• Supply or material delays
   
• Events beyond our reasonable control
   

Nightfall Illumination Company LLC provides a three (3) year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers installation-related defects caused by our work.

Fixtures and lamps are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

Labor charges may apply for warranty replacements when manufacturer warranty coverage has expired.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or neglect
   
• Alteration by others
   
• Accidents
   
• Natural disasters
   
• Normal wear and tear
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightfall Illumination Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nightfall Illumination Company LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Unsafe working conditions
   
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct
   
• Nonpayment
   
• Requests outside the scope of services
   

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and lighting designs, is the property of Nightfall Illumination Company LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to photograph completed installations and use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use third-party providers for payment processing and website functionality. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of those third parties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
